Thank you to all the ZE:A's who attended Happy ZE:A's Day 2011 on 20 February. Please read the few words we have to say.
It has been revealed that several overseas ZE:A’S recorded the new song,
performances and took pictures, and uploaded it onto YouTube and various other sites.
These people have violated copyrights law, and assistance is requested to remove them off the site.
By uploading videos of the new song and performances as well as photographic material of
Happy ZE:A's Day 2011 onto the Internet, the copyright laws of publicity material have been breached.
This unlawful act is subject to penalty.
Also, the track revealed on Happy ZE:A's Day 2011 is not the full song from the 1st album,
but an unfinished track that is significantly different from what will be officially released.
We are concerned with the prejudice of ZE:A's album that may occur due to the video
of the incomplete track circulating on Internet sites.
Due to the greed of several ZE:A's, isn't it unfair that ZE:A's album may be affected
by the assessment of an incomplete track even before (official sales) start?
This is also something for the Korean ZE:A's to give considerable thought about
before sharing videos in future.
The main problem is that if such wrong behavior of sharing the new song between
the overseas fans on the internet will occur,
we'll have to limit the participation of foreign fans on upcoming
ZE:A's showcases and events.
Star Empire is now in the middle of discussion if the picture and video footage from
Happy ZE:A'S Day 2011 should be officially uploaded online for the sake of
ZE:A'S and foreign fans who couldn't attend.
We ask you to delete all the pictures (apart from article photos) and videos from
Happy ZE:A'S Day that were uploaded on the internet.
We also ask administrators of fansites dedicated to ZE:A not to upload
Happy ZE:A'S Day footage on their sites.
We appreciate your understanding, ZE:A'S.

2月20日に行われた『Happy ZE:A's Day 2011』に参加してくださり、真にありがとうございます。
皆様に感謝の心とともに一つお伝えしたいことがあります。
今回のファンミーティングの際、ZE:Aの新しい曲とパフォーマンスをお見せしましたが、一部の海外のファンの皆様の中で、
その様子を映像や写真として撮り、インターネット上にアップロードしたことが発覚しました。
皆様が知らず知らずネット上に載せてしまった映像及び写真は、公演著作権及び、
パブリシティ権、肖像権違反規定により不法行為として法的処理されることになるかも知れませんのでご注意ください。
また、今回公開された曲は、１ｓｔアルバムの収録曲のためだけではなく、Happy ZE:A's Day 2011の際、
皆様にお見せするための曲で、まだ作業が終わっておりません。そのため、
公式的に正規1stアルバムに収録される曲と差が発生します。この収録曲がインターネット上に流れることになると、
「未完成曲」がZE:Aの新しいアルバムとして思われるか心配になります。
誰よりもまずZE:A’ｓの皆様にお聞かせたいと思いましたが、一部の皆様がインターネット上に載せてしまった映像物のため、
今回、ZE:Aの新しいアルバムが未完成の曲として評価されるのではないか心配になります。
ZE:Aの新しいアルバムが完成された「音楽」ではなく、「未完成音楽」として評価されることは、
ZE:Aにも良くない影響が及ぼされると思います。
一部のファンの皆様の行動により、これからZE:Aのいろんなイベントや、
行事に参加することにおいて海外ZE:A’ｓの皆様の参加に不利益なことが起こるかもしれないと思います。
すなわち、その分、大変重要な問題です。
私たちスター帝国でも今回、Happy ZE:A's Day 2011に参加できなかった海外ファンの皆様のために、
オンライン上で公開できる限りの範囲で今回の写真及び映像をアップロードしたいと思い、現在、
資料の公開の協議を進めております。
現在、インターネット上にアップロードされたHappy ZE:A's Day 2011写真及び映像物(記事写真除外)、
そしてZE:A’ｓ皆様が撮影したすべてのインターネット上の写真及び映像は自ら削除をお願いいたします。
また、ZE:Aと関連したインターネットサイトを管理している管理者の方も
Happy ZE:A's Day 2011の写真及び映像のアップロードにご注意ください。
